After-School Club
Over the past 3 years we have created a safe, secure, community environment, where children are able to come together, engage with peers and learn new skills. Our core aims are to instill the love for learning and development in all our students from a young age so that they ae inspired to be the best that they can be. We understand every child is unique and therefore we aim to support them in a loving, caring environment with the help of our committed team of staff and volunteers. At Eidgah Academy we understand the importance of the close and effective relationship between the home and outdoor environment, therefore we have created a homely atmosphere where children feel valued.
Arabic
Children on a daily basis come to Eidgah Academy excited to learn Arabic in small groups led by fully qualified and experienced tutors whose passion to work with young people and watch them develop is evident from the moment you step through the doors of Eidgah Academy.
At Eidgah Academy we believe learning and development should be full of fun! Our Arabic curriculum is designed to engage children of all ages in a fun and interactive way placing emphasis core units to aid reading the Arabic language. Currently we are using the Let’s Learn syllabus, comprising of 4 levels. The textbooks are vibrant, engaging and contain a range of activities to suit children of all kinds. As the syllabus progresses children are able to become independent learners with the ability to fluently read Arabic by the end of Level 4.
PSHE
At Eidgah Academy we encourage children and young people to develop a range of skills to help them become not just independent learners but self-determined young individuals. All our classes are led by learned individuals who have a deep understanding of the Let’s Learn syllabus.
Our course content is designed to equip children and young people with the skills to lead successful lives by focussing on equipping children with the understanding of positive attitude, good manners and morals alongside core British Values.
The course is designed to equip children and young people with the skillset to be able to foster and build meaningful relationships within the home, school and their communities. Our aim is to promote respect, tolerance and allow children to integrate into a wider society overlooking differences.
The course being delivered is incredibly interactive and our tutors use a range of tools / techniques to deliver each section including an engaging textbook and workbook pack.
Tuition
At Eidgah Academy we provide interactive lessons to help boost your child’s attainment levels during schooling years. We understand the importance of tutor interaction and engagement. Therefore we have a qualified poole of tutors to help get the best out of your child; through delivering exciting lessons both online and at our centre. Our tutors ensure children receive the attention they need in areas they may require additional support. This can all be done from the comfort of your own home.
We tutor children from the age of 6 years up until 16 years, covering the KS1, KS2, KS3, KS4, 11+ & GCSE syllabuses. We have a 100% pass rate for 11+ students.
We understand that every child learns differently and may have different areas in which focus may be required, therefore we provide detailed and personalised tutoring programmes for each individual child so that we are able to get the best we can out of them.Â
Our tuition sessions are held once per week, each session is typically 60 minutes long focusing on one subject (Maths or English). We specialise in Maths, Reading, Writing, Comprehension and Spelling.
At Eidgah Academy we understand it is important to keep parents in the loop with regards to progress being made. For this reason, our tutors provide regular progress reports.
